SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Within Australia we ship via Australia Post. Delivery is Standard shipping with tracking, and is not an Express service, however an Express shipping option is available at checkout. Once you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. It will then be processed and dispatched within 3 business days. Once dispatched, we will send you an email with tracking details.
Standard delivery is normally and approximately between 1 - 7 business days after your order has been processed. For some orders being delivered to rural/country postcodes in Western Australia, Northern Territory, and Victoria and South Australia , deliveries can take a few days longer, approximately 3 - 10 days
Express delivery within major metro and regional population centres is next business day. For delivery to rural/country postcodes in Western Australia, Northern Territory, and Victoria and South Australia please allow extra time, as your postcode could be outside the guaranteed express postal next day network. Please check at www.auspost.com.au to see if your postcode is within the next day delivery postcodes if you are selecting express shipping
PLEASE NOTE any order made on the weekend or public holiday will be processed on next business day.
International Shipping will be sent using Australia Post via a traceable method. Please note delivery schedules vary depending on the destination country. Once goods have been assigned a tracking number, we recommend you track the goods via Australia Post and its affiliates.

If you are not happy with your purchase then you are able to return the goods within 14 days to receive a refund.
If your goods are faulty then we are happy to exchange or give a full refund if exchange is not possible.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it including all tags and packaging.
Please email Bloomfield Official for a return authority number prior to posting your goods.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If goods are deemed to have been worn or a fault has occurred while in the purchasers possession then refund or exchange is deemed void. This will be at the discretion of Bloomfield Official.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be accepted for refund/exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, and you will receive notification via email.
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items or items purchased using a discount code cannot be refunded/exchanged.
Exchanges (if applicable)

All returns must be sent with a traceable method to ensure documented delivery. No responsibility is taken by Bloomfield Official for returned goods lost in transit.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
