Cooking With Sal
I have to admit, I’m not the greatest cook.. I can’t bear recipes that have too many ingredients and take too long to make. I get bored.. I like things that are quick and easy and nutritious for my family. Anyway my point is, don’t expect this to be a fabulous and insightful food site, but I do have some quick recipes that my kids love and really any idiot can make them.. even me!!
I try to avoid processed foods, sugar, wheat/gluten, red meat and dairy foods. When I originally gave these things up I felt so much better and really didn’t miss any of them.. well except cheese.. Cheese is my kryptonite, so every now and then if I want to treat myself it is generally a piece of fabulous cheese!
